New Edge Eyewear FAQ Policy
1. What is your returns policy?
At New Edge Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your sunglasses, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, the sunglasses must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached. We believe that you should love your eyewear, and if you don't, we'll make it right.
2. What are the shipping options?
New Edge Eyewear partners with major shipping companies such as UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your sunglasses. You can select from various shipping options during the checkout process, including standard and expedited shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
3. What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
Please note that New Edge Eyewear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to international orders. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the rare event of experiencing a high volume of orders, we will contact you promptly via email or phone to provide updates on the status of your shipment.
5. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. This allows you to stay informed about the delivery status and estimated arrival time of your New Edge Eyewear sunglasses.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping, simply place an order totaling $50.00 or more. The free shipping option will automatically be applied during the checkout process for eligible orders.
